     Just a word of gratitude to all of the runners, volunteers, families, and staff that helped make Westport's participation in the Race For Success event  a success! This event is an important fundraiser for our school. Without your help and involvement, it would not be possible every year!

     Hello Westport Community! It's Parent Conference Week! Do you have your questions ready?

     This week is an opportunity for you to dialogue with you child's teacher. It can be a great time to both give and receive feedback about your learner's education.

   Here are a few to get you started:

- How can I help my child in the area(s) that he or she needs most?

-What are my child's greatest academics strengths? How can I build on those?

- Which books do you recommend for us to read together?

-How much time should we spend on homework each night?

    Have I missed any? What are good questions to ask of the teacher to help enhance your child's education? Please, comment below.
