       That's right! The wonderful Kiwanis Club is hosting a Carnival at Westport Heights. The Carnival will include games, face painting, a flea market, a wellness expo, and, of course, food.

     The carnival will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 11:00 am through 3:00 pm! So, bring the family and enjoy a day of fun at Westport Heights. We would love to see you there.

Literacy Camp!!!

     Hello Westport Family!!!

         Westport Heights will hold an 8-day Literacy Camp! The camp  will meet from 8:30 AM until 11:00 AM. It will begin on Wednesday, July 22 and end on Friday, July 31.

          The best news is that it is completely free of charge. So, why not take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to keep your young learner's reading skills on track during the summer break?

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

      Westport Heights Mothers enjoyed a wonderful time Friday Night. Our school hosted its very first Mother-Son dance and it was a BIG hit! Families had a blast dancing the evening away to an amazing DJ. There were refreshments, laser lights, and raffle prizes! It was an excellent way to begin the Mother's Day Weekend.

     The Mother-Son Dance was the bran-child of Westport Parent, Alex Boyd. Thanks Alex! Another big thanks to all of the Westport moms and dads who volunteered in order to make the dance happen.

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK!!!!

     Hello Parents of Westport! Did you know that this week, May 4 - 8, is Teacher Appreciation Week? 

    It's a time to show your appreciation for the consistent dedication our wonderful Westport teachers demonstrate toward their students each day. Teaching is certainly a demanding profession. But, at Westport, we are lucky enough to have a superb group of teachers that rise above and beyond the challenge.

     Just a word of gratitude to all of the runners, volunteers, families, and staff that helped make Westport's participation in the Race For Success event  a success! This event is an important fundraiser for our school. Without your help and involvement, it would not be possible every year!
